Econometrix Website Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the protection of your privacy as visitors or users (hereinafter: the “User”) of the Econometrix website (hereinafter: the “Website”) and informs Users about the collection of personal data on the Website, the purposes for which Users’ personal data is used or processed on the Website, the legal basis for processing personal data, the parties to whom personal data is disclosed, and the rights Users have in relation to their personal data.

The controller of personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy is Kreatorij .o.o., Dunajska cesta 5, 1000 Ljubljana, registration number: 3433587000, tax number: SI 40798453 (hereinafter: “Kreatorij”).

This Privacy Policy applies solely in relation to Kreatorij and does not apply to websites operated by other parties that may be referenced on or accessible through the Website, as such websites are subject to the privacy policies published on their respective websites or available at their business premises.

Depending on the specific purpose and the personal data that the User chooses to provide, Kreatorij may collect the following personal data from the User:

• Contact form data: first and last name, email address, and the content of the message.

• Analytics data: information about visits to or use of the Website and the User’s online browsing habits.

Kreatorij collects and processes the personal data of Users who provide their personal data for various purposes and, depending on those purposes, on different legal bases, as follows:

Personal data obtained through the User’s use of the Website, in particular data collected through cookies, is used to ensure, improve, and support the operation of the Website and the online services and functionalities associated with the Website, including determining the number of Users, identifying user trends, performing calculations and compiling statistics on user access patterns, and improving the Website’s services. For the purpose of ensuring the operation of the Website, Kreatorij also collects certain data relating to the use of the Website. This data is collected automatically, and the User will not be asked to provide consent for its collection. Kreatorij will also process Users’ personal data on the basis of legitimate interests pursued by Kreatorij or a third party, provided that such interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of Users, particularly in the cases specified below.

Each time the Website is visited, web server log files are automatically stored on the web server. These may include, by way of example but not limited to, the IP address, browser version, and time of the visit. Kreatorij collects this data for the purpose of ensuring network and information security, i.e. to enable the detection and prevention of unauthorized access that could compromise the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of stored or transmitted personal data, as well as the security of related services accessible through these networks and systems.

The data is retained for up to 60 days from the date of the visit to the Website (30 days on the servers and 30 days in backups).

Kreatorij will also process the User’s personal data on the basis of legitimate interests for the purposes of preventing misuse and fraud and protecting its business operations, where permitted by law, as well as for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims in judicial, administrative, criminal, or other proceedings.

Kreatorij will also process Users’ personal data on the basis of applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Slovenia by which it is bound.

Kreatorij ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation in force at any given time and has therefore implemented a number of technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and protection of personal data, maintain the confidentiality and integrity of personal data, and prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing, including accidental loss, destruction, or damage. Kreatorij strives to ensure the complete security of the use of the Website and its functionalities; however, given the nature of the internet, it should be noted that complete protection of data against access by third parties cannot be guaranteed and that, in exceptional cases, unauthorized access by third parties may occur.

Users are also responsible for protecting their own personal data by ensuring the security of their username, password, and other information, as well as by maintaining appropriate software (antivirus protection) on their computer.

Kreatorij will share or disclose personal data to third parties – contractual processors of personal data, namely contractual partners acting as data processors for the purpose of operating the Website and providing its functionalities.

Kreatorij may also disclose personal data to social media providers where the Website offers the option to use plugins provided by such social media platforms, if the User chooses to register an account on a social media platform. In such cases, information about the User’s activities on the Website may also be made available to these social media platforms in accordance with their privacy policies (which the User agrees to when signing up for the respective social media platform). If the User does not wish to share data in this manner, the User must log out of the relevant social media platforms. The providers of these plugins are:

Kreatorij will also disclose Users’ personal data to competent public authorities where requested by such an authority or where required in connection with other legal proceedings.

In relation to the use of their personal data, the User has the right to:

• access their personal data and obtain information about its processing, meaning that the User may request information from Kreatorij about which personal data relating to the User is held by Kreatorij, as well as other related information, and Kreatorij will provide the User with confirmation and the requested information;

• rectification where the User’s data held by Kreatorij is inaccurate or incomplete;

• erasure, whereby, at the User’s request, Kreatorij will erase the User’s personal data following the withdrawal of consent, the cessation of another legal basis for processing personal data, or where the statutory grounds for erasure are met;

• restriction of processing where circumstances provided for by applicable laws and regulations arise that require such restriction;

• data portability, whereby the User will receive personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and may transmit such data to another controller, subject to the conditions laid down by applicable laws and regulations;

• objecting to Kreatorij or lodging a complaint with the Information Commissioner.

In addition to the above, the User may submit any such requests addressed to Kreatorij, including the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, by email at info@kreatorij.si or by post to Kreatorij d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 5, Ljubljana.

The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Kreatorij reserves the right to amend the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice in order to update them in accordance with applicable legislation or to optimize them. Any such amendments will be published on the Website. In this regard, Users are advised to review the Privacy Policy from time to time. The User shall be deemed to have accepted the amendments to the Privacy Policy if they continue to use the Website after the amendments have been published.

This Privacy Policy is published and shall enter into force on 10 October 2026.
