Terms and Conditions of Use

The Website is intended to provide information about offers and services. Users may not copy, resell, or otherwise exploit the content of the Website for their own commercial activities without the prior written consent of Kreatorij. Any misuse is prohibited.

When using the Website, Users are required in particular to:

• refrain from actions or conduct that are distasteful, inappropriate, or otherwise morally unacceptable, or that constitute insults, humiliation, threats, hate speech, or discrimination, or promote racial, political, or religious intolerance,

• use the Website at their own risk,

• respect the protection of other Users’ personal data.

In the event of non-compliance with the above provisions or any other violations, Kreatorij has the right to pursue legal remedies to bring the violation to an end, remedy the consequences of the violation, and recover any damages and costs incurred, including legal fees.

Kreatorij reserves the right, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse, to restrict or disable a User’s access to the Website and to restrict or disable the use of certain Website functionalities.

In the event of such issues, Kreatorij will endeavour to resolve them as soon as possible. Kreatorij strives to provide high-quality services and ensure the proper operation of the Website, free from viruses or misuse. Nevertheless, Kreatorij accepts no liability for any computer viruses, problems, inability to use, or damage to a User’s hardware or software resulting from visiting or using the Website, or for any other damage arising from the use of the Website, except in cases and to the extent that such exclusion of liability is not permitted under the mandatory provisions of the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Slovenia.

Any disputes between the parties arising out of or in connection with the Website and/or its use shall be resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree that the dispute shall be resolved by the court of competent jurisdiction in Ljubljana in accordance with Slovenian law.
